St. Thomas Academy High School Class of ’96 – Homecoming Reunion
Celebrating 20 years of greatness
“Hey, Babe, we’re going to San Tomas! Woohoo!!!”
Jane rushed out of the kitchen. Bryan had just gotten in and was putting his briefcase down with one hand, a sheet of paper in the other.
“Hey yourself! What’s this about?” She was at once curious and alarmed. “What are you up to again?
Bryan gave her a wet peck on the cheek and showed her the school stationery. “Homecoming, Babe. My high school. We’ll go and make a wild, grand entrance.” He pulled Jane close and began swinging himself and her together.
“Haha! Wild, huh?” Jane followed his lead and they danced for a few silent moments, the same waltz playing in their heads.
Then she jolted her head back and grabbed Bryan’s arms, as if waking from a stupor.
“Wait a minute. Bry. You didn’t graduate. How did you get an invitation?”
Bryan just smirked and pulled her close again.
“Details, details. You worry too much, my dear.”
